Active Side Conveyor

• 4-part system
• Consists of high or double high traction belting, 14mm round rubber bars, flights and active sides
• Conveyor is designed to essentially imitate a bucket. Conveyor continuously moving creates a large bucket like system for elevating produce
• Flight provides its normal service, but when combine with active sides the conveyor has the potential for elevate far more material
• Active side prevent produce falling down the side of the elevator, thus reducing potential for lost product, while also reducing potential for damaging equipment from rocks or vegetables becoming lodged in rollers
• Active sides are a soft, water jet cut rubber which bent easy on impact from above but are stiff in pushing contact from side-on
• Available for use with any lifters and can be customized to suit and pitch or height required.
