Conveyor belt rollers

HBS Wild creates it conveyors to move, that is, to transport harvest from point A to point B. There are a number of methods and modes used to either drive the movement or simply keep the momentum in a uniform direction.

Steel and rubber conveyor rollers are used for under-belt support. Rubber rollers are normally used as carry-back and return rollers to operate against the rods. All rollers are fitted with dual roller bearings between pre-fitted grease chambers.

Bearings are also manufactured with dust seal faces, plus additional fabric ring seals and plastic seals to ensure the long life of the conveyor roller.

All conveyor belt rollers manufactured at HBS Wild are fully customisable, from rubber type, depth and width to construction type, flange depth and width and bearing and seal standards.
