Finger Drive with Rectangular Finger
SPECIFICATIONS
- commonly sought after sprocket system
 - available in any tooth configuration.
 - Utilizes rectangular fingers for increased stiffness and load capacity.
 - fingers provide internal support for the conveyor around the sprocket
 - fingers can be located at every second tooth or every tooth or any other spacing requirement.
 - sprockets are commonly split to allow easy attachment to drive shaft
 - bosses attached to the outside of the sprocket
 - bosses can be permanently attached via weld or temporarily via bolting (consult with HBS for advice).
 - bore to center of sprocket is based on equipment in use, i.e. 1″, 1.5″ etc.
 - Drive does not have geared teeth.
 - Available as flange or non-flange drive with flange typical in outer web use and non-flange for inner web support.
