Grimme Main1633 Digging Conveyor

The most common HBS Wild web construction that is available in a number of variations from rod diameter, traction belting pitch, joining type and length.  1633 digging conveyors, a standard stock conveyor rod type can be easily and readily constructed to suit customers needs and requirements.  Considered highly durable and long lasting with correct and prescribed use, these digging chains incorporate the use of cast center, heavy duty center clamps to reduce and/or limit rod breakage under heavy loads.

Currently in stock and for sale are:

• 2 x 1633 digging conveyors.
• 74 bars in length (3.7m)
• 50mm pitch
• Joiner:  Ferule clip which can be replace with standard 50 pitch clips for sprocket driven conveyor.
• Cast center clamp for continuous and uninterrupted rod construction.
• 11 mm rod diameter
• Hoop reinforced joining which can be swapped out to suit customers needs (tag reinforced joiner bar)
• Collar locked joining rod.
• Double high profile type c traction belting
