SPECIFICATIONS

  • commonly sought after sprocket system
  • available in any tooth configuration.
  • Utilizes rectangular fingers for increased stiffness and load capacity.
  • fingers provide internal support for the conveyor around the sprocket
  • fingers can be located at every second tooth or every tooth or any other spacing requirement.
  • sprockets are commonly split to allow easy attachment to drive shaft
  • bosses attached to the outside of the sprocket
  • bosses can be permanently attached via weld or temporarily via bolting (consult with HBS for advice).
  • bore to center of sprocket is based on equipment in use, i.e. 1″, 1.5″ etc.
  • Drive does not have geared teeth.
  • Available as flange or non-flange drive with flange typical in outer web use and non-flange for inner web support.
