SPECIFICATIONS

• Winged C-flex softens the drop from one conveyor to another and help keep produce from shifting on the conveyor
• C-flex prevents damage to produce.
• Wings prevent produce being damaged on rod ends.
• This specialized rod rubber covering is brilliant in all conditions.  Wet, dry, hard or soft.
• Rubber used can be adapted to suit specific harvest conditions.
• Perfect for harvest use when maximal crop yield required and minimal crop damage is imperative.
• Available in varying widths and 3 belt construction.
• Used in junction winged c-flex finger flights and/or winged c-flex flight
• Wing Height: 63 mm above the bar.
• C-flex height: 16 mm above the bar.
• Conveyor Rod downward kinked to allow for c-flex.
• Rod Diameter: typically 10 mm in diameter
